Sales Force Productivity Assessment
  This process is designed to provide managers with an objective, fact-based approach to developing sales productivity benchmarks, measuring actual productivity against those benchmarks, and developing action plans to improve productivity levels. CPG establishes banker-level performance benchmarks based on industry best practices and reasonable sales improvement targets relative to the client's current results.
