Efficiency Audit
Designed to provide senior bank executives with an objective, fact-based
approach for identifying efficiency and productivity improvement
opportunities across multiple business units and/or markets. We
assess current performance relative to peer benchmarks and bank
operating goals and help to develop or critique internal performance
scorecards. Our process illuminates quick-hit opportunities and
enables the identification and prioritization of major improvement
initiatives including sales process reengineering, outsourcing,
compensation plan reform, and resource reallocation. Download
more information on CPG's Efficiency Audit.
Sales Force Productivity
Analysis
Designed to provide managers with an objective, fact-based approach
to developing sales productivity benchmarks, measuring actual productivity
against those benchmarks, and developing action plans to improve
productivity levels. CPG establishes banker-level performance benchmarks
based on industry best practices and reasonable sales improvement
targets relative to the client's current results. CPG then assesses
the productivity of each individual banker relative to these benchmarks.
We compare the results to analyses of local market opportunity derived
through our BankRank model. Finally, using a set of additional proprietary
tools, we facilitate a financial and performance objective setting
process to develop targeted plans for maximizing productivity. Download
