Larry McGrath, Consulting Associate

Larry has more than 40 years of banking experience, primarily in lending. He is a former bank CEO and also served for more than two decades as the Senior Loan Officer and on the Executive Committee of two super-community banking institutions. More recently, Larry served as a Senior Loan Consultant with Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions for six years, representing the company on loan related consulting assignments, facilitating the Senior Lending Officer Affiliation Program, and developing best practices studies related to portfolio management, loan pricing, loan officer incentive programs, lending organizational structures, and other topics. Larry has been a member of various American Bankers Association loan school faculties.
