Neal’s extensive experience also includes all aspects of qualitative and quantitative market research, business strategy development, product development, market segmentation, customer retention and acquisition, and market modeling. Earlier in his career, Neal was a Managing Director at Furash & Company, a Washington DC-based management consulting firm, and Senior Vice President of PSI Global, where he was in charge of research and consulting efforts.
