Tom, CPG Consulting Associate and CEO of KaneCarlton, has over 30 years of experience helping brokerage, insurance, asset management, and trust businesses to improve performance and optimize sales and delivery of wealth management solutions. Tom advises clients on compensation and incentive referral plan design, recruiting strategies, goal setting formulas, interdepartmental integration strategies, streamlined distribution models, open architecture investment platforms, enhanced processing and delivery systems, selection of third party marketing firms, identification and implementation of key productivity drivers, and assessment of existing staff capabilities. Earlier in his career, Tom served as President and CEO of Cardinal Wealth Services, Inc. and Director of Investments for Crestar Bank.
