Vanessa joined CPG in 2004 and has both supported and led a variety of research and analysis efforts on topics including branch network optimization, financial services channel and product usage, customer retention strategies, customer segmentation analysis, market analysis for delivery system expansion, trends in community development lending, and relevant developments in financial services legislation and regulation. She has also been directly involved in helping CPG clients to implement performance analytic reporting and devise strategies to improve penetration of specific consumer and commercial customer segments and support new market entry. Since 2005, Vanessa has authored the ABA Banking Journal’s annual “Top Performers” analysis, a ranking of banks and thrifts based on prior year performance and contributes regularly to other industry publications.
